Cinton Barkdoll

Clint Barkdoll is a Waynesboro native with a diverse background of legal experiences.  His practice includes criminal defense, divorce, child custody, domestic relations support matters, corporations, wills and estates, real estate, and a variety of other civil areas.  Clint has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 1998.  Over the years, he has successfully argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.  He has appeared in common pleas courts in counties throughout south central Pennsylvania.  He has also represented clients in various special courts, including unemployment compensation appeals, election boards, tax appeal boards, FINRA, professional licensing boards, and investigating grand juries.

Clint has served as president of various organizations, including the Franklin County Bar Association, the Greater Waynesboro Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library.  Clint is a member of the Sons of the American Legion – Squadron 15, Waynesboro.  He belongs to Acacia Lodge #586, where he serves as a trustee.  Clint was formerly a member of Waynesboro Borough Council.

Clint is the solicitor for the Franklin County Treasurer, the Franklin County Sheriff, and the Waynesboro Building Code Appeals Board.  He serves as the solicitor for a number of charitable and fraternal organizations throughout Franklin County.

He is an adjunct professor in the Department of Business & Economics at Wilson College (Chambersburg, PA), where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses.

In addition to being a partner with the law firm, Clint is a partner/title agent with Center Square Real Estate Settlement Services, Inc., and a partner with the Franklin County Dispute Resolution Center, Ltd.  Prior to joining the law firm, he was a news reporter in Washington D.C. for one of the largest media organizations in the United States.
