We are a locally owned and operated title company, offering a full range of services related to real estate transactions. We are underwriters for Conestoga Title Insurance Company, which is headquartered in Lancaster, PA.
Clint Barkdoll is a Waynesboro native who has personally conducted thousands of closings. He is a graduate of Waynesboro High School, received his B.A. from High Point University, and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a licensed Pennsylvania title agent. He is a partner in the law firm of Kulla, Barkdoll & Stewart, P.C.
Since 2005, Susan has been the manager for Center Square Real Estate Settlement Services, Inc., as well as a licensed title agent since 2006. Susan has been a paralegal for 16 years, and for the past 14 has served in this capacity at Kulla, Barkdoll, & Stewart, P.C. Susan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University. Additionally, Susan is a Notary Public, since 2000, commissioned in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
