Stephen Kulla, Esq.
Partner/Attorney/Mediator
Stephen Kulla has a diverse legal background which encompasses divorce, custody, criminal defense, adoptions, personal injury, and trial practice. Steve has been a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania since 1990. Steve was honored with the Pennsylvania Pro Bono Award for Contribution to Legal Services for the Poor and Indigent.
Steve is a member of the Franklin County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has appeared in 10 Pennsylvania counties and before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Commonwealth, and Supreme Court. He is admitted to appear before the federal trial courts and the United States Supreme Court.
Steve resides in Waynesboro with his wife and children. Steve serves as a Township Supervisor for Washington Township and was formerly a member of the Waynesboro Area School District Board of School Directors. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Steve has served on several community boards; Antietam Human Society, WIN Women in Need, Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce, and the Waynesboro Area Youth League. Steve is the founder and Executive Producer of Waynesboro Children's Theatre Troupe. Steve has taught at the Pennsylvania State University - Mont Alto Campus, Hagerstown Business College, and served as a panelist in the Advocacy Program at the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.
Steve has traveled abroad with the American Bar Association to China, Cambodia, and Vietnam to study and discuss comparable legal systems.

Clinton Barkdoll, Esq.
Partner/Attorney/Mediator
Clint Barkdoll is a Waynesboro native with a diverse background of legal experiences. His practice includes criminal defense, divorce, child custody, corporations, will/estates, real estate, and a variety of other civil areas. He has argued cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He has appeared in Common Pleas courts in the following counties: Franklin, Fulton, Adams, Cumberland, York, Bedford, and Huntingdon. Clint is admitted to the Franklin County (PA), Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is also trained in various areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Clint is active in the Waynesboro community, serving on the boards of various charitable and civic organizations. He is a board member of the Wayensboro Chamber of Commerce, Alexander Hamilton Memorial Library, Waynesboro Human Services, Burns Hill Cemetery Assocation, and the Waynesboro Area Business Education & Community Foundation. He also serves on the Alumni Board at High Point University, High Point, N.C. Clint is a member of the Sons of the American Legion--Squadron 15, Waynesboro. He belongs to Acacia Lodge #586, Waynesboro, where he currently is a trustee for the Lodge. He formerly served as a member of Waynesboro Borough Council.
Clint is the solicitor for the Franklin County Treasurer, Franklin County Prothonotary, and the Waynesboro Building Code Appeals Board.
He is a partner with the law firm of Kulla, Barkdoll, Ullman & Painter, P.C., and a partner/title agent with Center Square Real Estate Settlement Services, Inc.

Annie Gómez, Esq.
Attorney/Mediator
Annie Gómez joined Kulla, Barkdoll, Ullman & Painter in 2008. She is a graduate of Shepherd University, cum laude. Annie obtained her law degree at the University Of Pittsburgh School of Law. After graduation, Annie was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas M. Piccione and the Honorable Senior Judge Michael J. Wherry. She is a member of the Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Franklin County (PA), and Lawrence County (PA) bar associations.
Annie and her husband live in West Virginia. A graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School, Annie serves on the Class of 2000 Reunion Committee.
Annie practices in a variety of legal areas. She is trained in diversity awareness and possesses experience in disability management. In 2005, Annie was a teacher for Harvard University’s WorldTeach Program. She taught English in Machala, Ecuador.

Sue Shetter
Administrator
Sue has been a paralegal for 12 years, and for the past 10 has served in this capacity at Kulla, Barkdoll, Ullman & Painter. Since 2006, Sue has been the administrator of Center Square Real Estate Settlement Services, Inc. Sue is an instructor in the legal department at Kaplan University. Additionally, Sue is a Notary Public, commissioned in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Andrew Knepper
Webmaster/Mediation Assistant
Andrew is a senior at the Pennsylvania State University, concurrently majoring in Philosophy and Security and Risk Analysis. Andrew has diverse experience in information technology, information security, law enforcement, mediation, risk mitigation, and management.
